Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

In this 8-week course, preceded by a free introductory meeting, class members learn to use awareness and relaxation to reduce physical and emotional stress. The Mindfulness program I use is based on John Kabat-Zinn’s, from the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. 8-week classes begin in September, January and March.
